Bohío is a scene of connection, between the body, the home, and what has been passed down. The oven, built from straw like the bohíos of our ancestors, becomes a site of memory, return and longing. The conch shell, transformed into an ear, speaks to the act of listening, tuning in to ancestral guidance, calling of protection, and the natural wisdom that lives in what came before us.
